Responsible Screen
I enabled the Responsible person option but when I click on the little icon at the top for my responsible tickets, I get an error saying that I don't have permission to the Frontend screen for the Responsible view. I did add in responsible in Core::Ticket::System::Permission and when I check my agent's groups, I see the Responsible column all checked but I still get the permission error. Any ideas?
