Help! Ticket zoom display problem

Hello,

Strange thing since I migrated to OTRS 3.0.6:
When I click a ticket from the dashboard (therefore going to ticket zoom page, for instance "http://xxxxxx/otrs/index.pl?Action=Agen ... icketID=91"), my browser says it cannot display the web page!
But what is even more funny: when I refresh the page it is OK.

Does anybody know anything about that?
My browser is Internet Explorer 8.0. It seems there isn't no such issue with Firefox - although I have not tested it too much.

Has it something to do with the ; in the URL? In my (old) knowledge it was & instead.
