ImportExport-Extensions (Service, SLA, FAQ, etc.)

Dear OTRS-Community,

we, the c.a.p.e. IT GmbH, implemented a few ImportExport-Extensions for OTRS which are now available for free download.These extensions allow to import/export following items by CSV::

• Service
• Service-Customeruser-Assignments
• SLA-Definitions und Serviceassignment
• FAQ-Items
• Customercompanies
• and (already available for some time) customer user

Each package attempts to automatically create a corresponding import-/export mapping during re-/installation. If you delete a mapping for some reason, you can easily set up a new one by reinstalling the package. You'll find the packages here::

All packages require OTRS 3.0.x with ITSM at least rc1 (especially ImportExport 2.2.96) and automatically create import-/export mappings upon re-/installation - validate them before usage.
