Software Error after install ITSMchangemanagement package

Hi All,

I installed OTRS version 3.0.6. and install additional packages, such as GeneralCatalog-2.1.96.opm,ITSMCore-2.1.96.opm and ITSM-2.1.96.opm sequently. My platform is Redhat Enterprise version 5.5. I found an error after install ITSM-2.1.96.opm package below.

"Software error:
Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/ITSMChange.pm line 2281.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
"

So how I can solve this error.
