Can I add Date Field in Change Creation From ?

Hi All,

I'm looking for how to add an Date field in change creation form. Now I can text box field, drop down field and link field to change creation from but I can not find the Date format field in change creation form.
Therefore everybody please help me too.

Wow I think it's quit hard for me to force end-user key-in the correct date format.

That's a good idea to add date field.
