In version 2 of OTRS it was possible to directly from the queue do a number of actions like the spam action. In OTRS version 3 you must first open the ticket and then spam again. This is an unnecessary extra step and time consuming if you have a lot of tickets. In OTRS 2, the settings of this menu to find sysconfig under Front:: Agent:: Ticket:: MenuModulePre. This setting can still be found in OTRS 3 but there is no MenuModulePre in the interface.
My question is:
1. The pre menu still exists in version 3?
2. If so how can I activate so i can do action's directly to the queu view?
In terms of usability this will help the user enormously and will save a lot of time and clicks when you directly from the queue list all the most important action can do. As e.g. spam but also the note option.
