Hi, i am really stuck. I am running v3.0.6 on a windows server 2003 box.
I have OTRS successfully downloading emails via pop3, and successfully sending customer notifications(exchange 2007).
I can not figure out why agents are not being notified. There is nothing in the log that says anything about the agents not being notified or being notified. I have new ticket notifications turned on for all agents. And when i move tickets from one queue to another, no notification.
I have tested exchange to see if the addresses can send to the email address and everthing checks out.
When a ticket get imported from pop3 an auto response auto reply gets sent not auto reply/new ticket....Am i missing something? Do i need to turn on Agent notifications somewhere in the SYSCONFIG????

Why would an agent get a notification if a queue was changed? Does the ticket unlock when that happens? If not, it's not a pref event, but you could make a notification (event) for it. If they've already been notified about a ticket coming in, they won't get another about a queue move.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
