Increase the count of the searched records

Post by fondofotrs »

hi,
there are more than 250 customers in the otrs instance that we are using. i saw that only 250 users can be listed when searched. is there a way of increasing this limit so that the search can show more than 250 records?

Short answer: There's probably no need to do this.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

thanks crythias. it does not help too much though. for ex, if i search the users based on a pattern and if the pattern returns more than 250 users, NOT ALL are listed. that, sometimes, gives an impression that the users are missing unless you verify them at database level. is there a way to increase it from 250 to at least 500 or so?

probably in the code, but to what point? You can only make changes on one customer at a time.
