Impossible to send message to

I installed OTRS on OpenSuSE. Everything worked fine until I reboot the system. After the restart, when answering a call is the message: "Impossible to send message to:"
The settings in Core::Sendmail are:
SendmailModule: SMTP
SendmailHost: smtp.myhost.com
SendmailPort: 587 (Already liberated in the firewall)

Sorry, it was a mistake in my network setup. Now the system works!
