Survey & Stats

Hello,

I want to run reports from the Stats module that will pull information from the Survey Module as well as on tickets, here are some examples of what I am trying to do.

- I want to see the overall satisfaction result (question in the survey) for tickets that have over 20 entries in them.
- I want to see the overall satisfaction result (question in the survey) for tickets that are open longer than 50 days.

Can someone please point me in the right direction as I do not see a way of doing it in the version of OTRS we have 2.4.4. Maybe it is an option in a newer version of OTRS
