Good morning,
After searching most of this forum, I can only seem to find other threads on how to change the logo from prior versions of OTRS. Does anyone have any updated how to's ?

Most recent logo changes say make the change in SysConfig. Search for the word logo.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks for the response... After I posted I found everything in there. Works Great.
Quick question regarding the free text fields. I currently have one already configured that gives the customers the ability to select a certain number when they are trying to submit their ticket. However, is it possible to give them the ability to manually enter a specific number for free text?
I'd like to report on the manual input later. Any clue?
