Hi,
we found an error, first noticed in version 2.4.7 of OTRS, which is still present in 2.4.9, within composing new emailtickets and selecting an pgp-key to crypt this message. Searching this forum and posting in the german help area didn't deliver any help, so I post my problem here, hoping someone can shed light on it.
Error scenario:
- in the WebUI choose Ticket -> Emailticket, to create a new one
- choose From queue
- enter recipient (To:), whose pgp publickey is stored in otrs
- i get no pgp key to choose for crypting the message (signing with my private key is available though)
working scenario:
- in the WebUI choose Ticket -> Emailticket, to create a new one
- enter recipient (To:), whose pgp publickey is stored in otrs
- choose From queue
- now i can choose the needed key to crypt the message
So, the error seems to can be worked around choosing a different order in filling the ticket fields, but is present and a bit annoying. I'm pretty sure this worked in older versions of otrs, but I cannot tell which version brought this error to our otrs installation.
Can someone approve this behavior or has even a fix for this?
