Forward ticket with attachments

Sometimes when we try to forward a ticket with attachments the files are not attached. Have anyone else had this issue?
Version: 3.0.6
Running on: Windows 2003 Server with MySQL

We use "ArticleStorageFS" for storage.

I have not found a pattern to when it fails to add the attachments. On most tickets it works.

Did you check the error log C:\Program Files\OTRS\Apache\logs\error.log for any errors?
