active directory integration problem

Hello! first of all sorry for my bad english.

My environment:
windows 2008 Active Directory
otrs 3.0.6
user otrs_ldap located in "my-f"ou of my directory.

I double-checked my conf, everything seems to be right.
I going to http://mysite/index.pl and input my login&&password and page returns auth error.
Also there is no directory users in otrs agents list.

Please, help.
