Installing on a hosted server

Hello,

I'm running a startup providing software support to various businesses. I've been testing OTRS on a local machine and so far it looks like it's exactly what I need. However, due to various constraints running a production system of OTRS on my own server is my least preferred option. Is it possible to install and operate OTRS on a hosted server like GoDaddy or the like. If so are there any recommended hosting providers?
