[SOLVED]Time frame for Priorities

Hi,

Do we have solution time, first response time etc for priorities??

I want to assign automatic solution time for all P1: very high priority issues to 8 hours, and P2 to 12 hours, is there a way to achieve this?

use Services and SLA as OTRS is designed to use these
