Close button not showing at the top of tickets

Close button not showing at the top of tickets

Hi All,

I have created a phone tickets and then linked with the ITSM Tickets, my colloege as an agent has added a note in that ticket, and then i want to close the ticket, but at the top i am unable to view the close button, so that i can close my ticket, please guide whats wrong with the ticket settings, please guide, Looking forward for your kind reply.

Are you the owner of the ticket - I assume no
I think your collegue has locked the ticket and therefore only he can close
you can take ownership and then you'll see the "Close" button
