Hi all,
In the Status view of the tickets, i can see the state of ticket like OPEN,Closed etc. I have added my own 5 states from the admin section, please guide how to change the state in a ticket so that each time i change the state it should be shown in Status view of the Tickets, Looking forward for your kind reply.
