Customize the Ticket# number in phone tickets

How can we customize the Ticket# number in the Phone Ticket according to our own need, please suggest, looking forward for your kind reply

There is only ONE kind of ticket number possible in OTRS. OTRS does not distinguish between phone and email tickets based on ticket numbers.
You can change the ticket number generator to meet your needs, though.
I wrote a custom TNG and it works fine. Just have a look at the existing TNGs and write a new one. Then place it in the TNG directory and activate it.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
