FAQ Module doesn't work!

Hey ,

I am using the FAQ Module in OTRS 2.4.6 (MSSQL 2005 Database).

The Problem is the following :

Everytime somebody creates a new article in the FAQ , the whole FAQ doesn't work anymore. Only a white screen is shown as soon you click the FAQ Button. The Article can also be found in my Database so I really can't explain where this problem comes from.

We created a few categories and everything works fine until somebody creates an Article.

I really have absolutly no idea why and it would be very nice to get some help from you guys.
