[SOLVED] No personal queues to follow in new/edit agent !

Hi !

I have a big problem with no log error in OTRS agent interface.

With an existing user or when I configure a new one, "queues to follow" item is empty ! look at the screenshot (sorry it's in french but it represent a user personnal configuration interface)

How to solve this ! :(

(on my DB, all is ok in queues (postmaster / junk .... exist)

Agents who don't belong (rw) to groups that queues are members of won't see the queues.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.

the agent is not assigned to Groups or Queues
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

@jojo were you addressing me or benoitm? If I made a mistake in what I wrote, I would like to fix it.

The list will show all queues with ro permissions. So it seems that the user has no assignment to groups or roles

Solved with creating new queue and assign it to agent...
