Hi everyone
Yesterday i updated OTRS from 3.0.5 to 3.0.6, and then installed the ITSM 3.0.1. Everything ok except i keep getting a cron job error every 2 hours , complaining it tries to run the ITSMChangesCheck.pl and fails:
Subject(of the mail message):
Cron <otrs@*******> $HOME/bin/otrs.ITSMChangesCheck.pl >> /dev/null
Body (of the mail message):
Use of uninitialized value in multiplication (*) at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/ITSMChange/ITSMWorkOrder.pm line 121.
Use of uninitialized value in multiplication (*) at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/ITSMChange.pm line 137.
Use of uninitialized value in multiplication (*) at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/ITSMChange/ITSMWorkOrder.pm line 121.
I run the script just to see if i can get more information. And here is what i get in return:
Is this an unreported bug or a fault on my side? Has anyone been getting this error?
My system :
Debian 5.0
Apache
MySQL 5.1
Thanks in advance.
