Hi all
Is there any other way to allow users to see all other users tickets than using muliple IDs feature for customer accounts?
I mean, we have around 500 users in the system and if that would mean to add 500 IDs for every one of them it seems rather cumbersome to me.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Have a look in the manual about CustomerGroupSupport
When enabled every customer should see all tickets in the same group. Therefor you should default them to the same group, of course.

Thanks a lot guys,
actually for a time being I just assigned ther same ID to all customers.
This is working fine for my purposes, but will definitely have a look at customer groups as well.
