how to delete Close tickets as well as ITSM Tickets

Hi all,

I want the remove all my close tickets, and all Config Item Hardware and Software Tickets which i have created, i am not finding any option of deleting the close tickets as well as ITSm Tickets, please suggest

Create GenericAgent job and specify the filter criteria there

I dont have much knowledge of how to use Generic Agent, please guide me the steps how to run a job using Generic Agent
