Need help from someone who has integrated Nagios and OTRS

I'm not able to open communication between Nagios and OTRS.

What I need is Nagios to open a ticket if any host or service changes its state, from OK to WARNING, for example.

I'm using a perl script I found in internet called otrs_ticket_handler.pl

Please if someone knows how to configure or what other things are needed, answer this topic. I've tried everything, and I guess that I can't find the error 'cause so many time looking the same options and variables and parameters don't let me see what happens.
