Configure OTRS for SSL-only access

I am using OTRS 2.4.7 on Ubuntu 10.04.1. (It's a TurnKey Linux OTRS Appliance)

How do I configure the server to use SSL (https) for serving up the site? I have both http & https set up: I just want to turn off and redirect requests to http back to https.
