Additional Packages?

Hi,

We have just started to use ORTS as our inhouse ticketsystem, and have a lot to learn...

But... I read some about two packages, WebMail and FileManager but i cant find them in the version we are running (OTRS 3.0.6), will these modules (esp WebMail) be available in 3.0.6?

And another question while im writing about packages, is there any online repository for OTRS-packages others than are available via otrs.org?

the mentioned packages are not available for version 3.x

There is Web Mail page at documentation for version 3.0.x.
Do you want return Web MAil application to version 3.0.x ?
It is very important for us !

it is not planned...

You can use another webmailer like squirrelmail

Ok.
We will use other mail client.
But we need easy way to make ticket into OTRS from "personal" email, received by other mail client.
May be you can show way for it ?

you can forward or bounce them from your mailclient
