Is it possible to link the ticket directly to the customer company instead of link it to the customer user?

Hi,
I'm not sure you can do that.
But I suggest you use CustomerUser as if it were CustomerCompany.
You can disable or rename fields you don't need (like "First name" for instance).
And you can add a Postmaster Filter so that all mails from @company.com go to CustomerUser named COMPANY.
