Change default state/queue
I have disabled to possibilty for the customer to decide what queue the ticket should be in. Where do i change the queue where the ticket is placed after that? The same goes for the ticket state, right now its created as a "open ticket" i want it to be under "new ticket"

SysConfig Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew, make sure Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###StateDefault is 'new'.fisk5 wrote:The same goes for the ticket state, right now its created as a "open ticket" i want it to be under "new ticket"
