Installation of additional Modules

Hello guys,
I have a problem regarding OTRS modules installation. I have an OTRS installed on a dedicated server and I have no access to this server. I have OTRS Admin role and I can access the web-front interface. I want to install an additional module. Can you advice me, what my options to that are? The server has no internet connection open. Maybe I can ask one server admin to copy the packages locally, but what happens then?

you can install them via package manager in the admin GUI. There is also an upload option
