populate the Company with the Otrs Companies list

I decided to keep all my data in otrs database and not to access my own. So i decided migrate some services to otrs. Lets see what i want to do now:

Customer1 -> Company1 makes transaction with Customer2 -> Company2
Customer1 enter a ticket "Cancel transaction". I have a TicketFreeText1 with the "transaction number" and TicketFreeText2 to enter "Company"
I want to populate the Company with the Otrs Companies list (CustomerID list) without my own CustomerID. Its this possible?
