New phone ticket tab disappeared

Hello,

I've been translating some OTRS files and as I logged out and in again I couldn't see the tab where I can create a new phone ticket under the ticket tab. Can someone help me out?

restore the orignal files, delete all caches and follow the developer book (doc.otrs.org) for translation of otrs

That's what I was trying to do, but which are the original files of this specific thing? I wouldn't like to start all over becouse of some translations that I have already done.

I've been changing some files and can't remember where the problem begun.

I have no problem in copying the original files and restart the translation in the admin page, but I wouldn't like to have that in the customer page. Can it be done?

Customers and Agents can have different languages. There is no need for modification of Code!
