When you add a note to a ticket in IE the attached error occurs. The Note is
still added but something is clearly not right.
I am using IE 8 and have reproduced this on other IE 8 browsers. I have
attached a second image with the version numbers on it.
STEP-BY-STEP DESCRIPTION TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM
=================================================
1) Within the TicketZoom screen choose the Note link.
2) Add some text to the description, put in some time and click Submit.
3) The attached error occurs (error1.gif).
4) Click okay to view the full message (error2.gif attached).
5) After closing down the error and refreshing the screen the note appears.
