Greetings,
A notification is usually sent to all agents when a new ticket is received on a queue or when a new note is written.
How can I set up OTRS to send notifications whenever any actions happens to a certain ticket (including an agent replying from the ticket itself).

You can add as many Notification (Events) as you'd like.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

On my system, filling in the time units is mandatory, so I created an Event Notification that triggers on TicketAccountTime. This catches agents adding notes and emailing customers.
OTRS 3.2.8 on Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS
