Is there a manual for ITSM 3.0 available somewhere? It's not listed on doc.otrs.org that I can see.

you can use the ITSM 2.0 Manual as there are mainly changes in the frontend but not in functions
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
