Whats my issue is I want the all incoming emails to be in my inbox even after creating a ticket.
how to solve it when I received new ticket but my email inbox was empty ? how to make it the incoming email can view in my inbox even after creating a ticket?

You can't. Use a dedicated mailbox for OTRS.
