Bulk Ticket and Small View Issues

Hi,

I am Razif. I am a user of OTRS version 2.4.9. Firstly, thanks a lot because you all have done a very good job in developing a free and open source ticketing system. It helps people like us a lot.

The reason that I sent this email is, I would like to ask some question regarding the OTRS issues that I have faced. One of the issue is, I can only view maximum 51 tickets in small view, even though I have set the ticket view for small is 99. I try to reset the small view to 80, but it still show only 51 tickets. This problem is happen around last week. This make our Customer Service to cleanup some tickets first in order to see other 'hidden' tickets.

Another one is regarding bulk action issue. When I set the view, for example small view to 99, how to make the bulk action to take action to all the tickets in the view? As for now, even though the small view consists of max 99 tickets, but when we do the bulk action, only half of the ticket processed, and another half still remain as they are.

Please guide me to handle this problem. Thank you.

It is a lot easier if you place one request per issue. Are only 51 tickets unlocked? It sounds like some of these tickets or locked, due to your report on bulk action problems. Please check to see if tickets, that are not showing up, are locked or not. And paste your log file to pastebin.com after you try a bulk update.

Thanks for your reply diginin.

All the tickets are unlocked, in the same queue. Even before I do the bulk update, only 51 tickets can only be viewed from 99 tickets that set to be in Small View category. When I transfer, let say 40 tickets to the neighboring queue, then I can see the remaining tickets in the queue. I think better I settle this issue first. :)
