Why my OTRS auto response not working ?

what happen to my OTRS once i set up the postmaster filtering, the auto response is not working ? before i havent add postmaster filtering the auto response keep working, but after I set the postmaster fitering , the auto response definately cannot working. In addition , I delete the postmaster filtering, but why my auto response is not working already ?

what happen to my auto response in OTRS? can everyone help me ?

postmasterfilter won't stop autoresponse (check your system logs) but it might assign something to a queue that does not have an autoresponse.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I check my auto response <> queue , I already make it all on default message . i check the system log , which one is it and how to check the problem ? how to fix it ? can you teach me ?

Please update your signature (see mine).

System log is in the admin section of OTRS.

Common issues:
No AutoReply assigned to Queue
Sendmail not working
recipient treats messages as spam, bad Sender Policy Framework
firewall blocking outbound mail

watching /var/log/mail.log is another option while you test new tickets.

most likely culprit is either wrong queue or SMTP problem.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I had check my system log, it show the sendmail not working ? so how can I fix it ?

What does the log say? Probably something more descriptive than "Sendmail doesn't work". Please copy/paste only the relevant log entries (stuff that actually says what the error is).

you mean update the signature is located Admin page - queue settings - signature?

Isn't just change the sentences word then the auto response will can run it ?

my auto response already fix it, now it can auto response


btw OTRS isn't possible to change the admin email? If really can change it, can show me the step how to change the admin email?
