The ticket number count from the begininng

I’ve got a query, all these days I was working on the OTRS so I have raised a lot of ticket since I configured OTRS.

So what I want now is, since I am going live tomorrow and my client wants the ticket numbers get generated again from the Count one(1) i.e., 1000001,1000002,1000003 …… and so onnnn

I selected Ticket::NumberGenerator as AutoIncrement.

Please advise as this is urgent!!!

Go to C:\OTRS\OTRS\var\log ( if windows) and delete the TicketCounter.log file
