Hi,
OTRS will create new ticket via email no matter who send it.
Now I want OTRS create new ticket via email only if the email was sent from the specific domain, e.g. *@mycompany.com.
How make it happen?

among other things http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=6586 you could figure out how to block on the mail side.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
