Hi JoJo,
1) After submiting the phone ticket am getting kernel/modules/.pm not found error.
2) After upgrading to 2.2.6 to 2.4.9, search-templates gives incorrect results
Please help me to resolve the above problems.

Did you follow the update path and run all db updates? Sounds like not.

Try RebuildConfig pl, cheek If the file (AgentTicketPhone) is correctly deployed. Else there could be a misconfig in the module declaration. Hard to tell...

Nope. The rebuild just reloads the config with your changes. Nothing will get lost, in contrary it might be that part of your changes haven't been loaded by now.

I ran rebuildconfig. we have more than 200 agents. but very few agents are getting the the error and not all.

part of the process is invoking the error. We're using apache as our web
server and Oracle as the backend database.
We recently upgraded 2.2.6 mysql to 2.4.9 oracle. everythings works fine except this error.
