Hi all,
I am trying to figure out how to force all of my authenticated users to go straight to the "New Ticket Form" instead of the "My Tickets" dashboard. Does anyone know how to do this? I feel like it's pretty simple I just can't find the setting or respective .dtl file to edit.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Maybe by replacing "CustomerTicketOverView" with "CustomerTicketMessage" at "CustomerFrontend::CommonParam###Action:"?

Would I do this in the sysconfig area of OTRS? I have to search with Frontend::Customer for anything to show up. Or am i completely in the wrong place.

Wow - I am dumb. I just search for what you said to look at and it dumped me into the Frontend::Customer Area with 7 elements and BOOM right there. I really appreciate the help!
