I've searched the forum, the internet, the manual and the SysConfig and can't figure this out!
I would like to set the default queue for issues emailed into the system to "Unassigned". I must have successfully changed it at one time b/c it is no longer set to Raw but something else, we'll call it MyCustomQueue. I believe there are 2 settings for the default queue:
1. Core::PostMaster PostmasterDefaultQueue
2. Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###QueueDefault
I think the first is the one I'm more interested in now. I assume that I should type the plain text version of the Queue name so I'm typing in "Unassigned" (w/o the quotes). It doesn't seem to matter what I change this value to all new tickets emailed into the system are assigned MyCustomQueue. I've tried several different values and it doesn't seem to matter. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!!!!

Check the Admin panel Postmaster Mail Accounts and Email addresses.
Mail accounts are what postmaster grabs. Email addresses are the per-queue email addresses.

That did it! Thank you, but now I'm confused as to what exactly those other two settings actually do. Can you shed light on that?
