New Ticket > To: shows -- by default and not queue
In the customer side of OTRS, when a customer opens a new ticket, is there any way to have it automatically show the queue next to the "to" box so that they dont have to keep clicking the drop down every time?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

That worked, but for some reason I get "One or more errors has occurred". when I hit OK, it shows that the subject field is required... Any idea why it generated that error and how to take care of it?
