I am getting ready to update our departments OTRS 2.4.7 to 3.0.6. Everything is working fine, except for Support Assessment (SA) which is not appearing in the Admin region. Package Manager states the SA package is not correctly deployed. If I try to reinstall the package, OTRS returns that the SA package I have is for versions 2... and not 3.0.6.
What version of the SA package should I have for OTRS 3.0 and where can I download it from?
