Hello everybody,
i am new in otrs world... my company is giving support through otrs. i've managed myself to configurate more less the otrs to begin the support. but i am still working on it.
i have a problem with one customer user... he's not able to attach documents to the new tickets. i have tried to do it with his user in my computer and i have no problems... so i think must be somethin of the computer he is using...
i've been looking for information of minimum requierements or something like this but i do not find anything...
please, can somebody help me??
