Auto Response HTML formatting

Hi,

As an OTRS newb I thanks in advance.

Im trying to consistently format my Auto Response emails with a header image. I do this using the typical <img src="https://my.site.com/path/image.png"

Although it is successful and I do get the header image when the recipient clicks "download image" in the email, when I go to edit the source for that Auto Response to make any changes, the information presented is a complete mess. The Auto Response emails appear to work fine with this, however when I go to edit I need to re-apply all the source in the correct formatting.
