Hi,
what is the difference between IMAP and POP in OTRS? OTRS deletes the emails after fetching them, no matter if it's IMAP or POP.
So what would you prefer to use?

I prefer procmail. Otherwise, unless you're grabbing a specific folder that's not inbox, there's no effective difference between POP3 and IMAP for this purpose.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
