can't load backend Module Cache::File!

Hallo,

wir haben otrs2.4.7 mit ITSM 2.0.3 benutzt. nun nach Bedarf habe ich upgrade to 3.0.6 ausgeführt... dann versuchte ich mich im Browser bei OTRS anzumelden, trat Fehlermeldung auf:

Software error:

No existing template directory found ('/opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/MAC')! Check your Home in Kernel/Config.pm at /opt/otrs//Kernel/Output/HTML/Layout.pm line 1388.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([no address given]), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. 

dann habe ich versucht, ./otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard Ordner erst kopiert und als "MAC" umbenannt. dort unter /HTML/ gepackt, um eigenes Schema "MAC" zu erzeugen. Weiter versucht ich mich noch mal im Brwoser bei OTRS anzumelden, kamm wieder eine Fehlermeldung vor:

solche Schritt haben wir bei 2.4.7 Version für eigenes Schema gemacht. lief prima...

wer kann mir Tipps geben? was eigentlich diese Fehlermeldung ist?
