Hi there,
Can someone please help me? I'm new to OTRS and have installed OTRS 3.0.7 on windows 2008 R2. I retrieve emails but can't send using smtp (exchange 2010). I get the error message below;
No SASL mechanism found
at C:/PROGRA~2/OTRS/OTRS/Kernel/cpan-lib/Authen/SASL.pm line 77
at C:/Program Files (x86)/OTRS/StrawberryPerl/perl/lib/Net/SMTP.pm line 143
The host is allowed to relay on the exchange box.

This is now resolved. I've ended up using SMTPTLS instead of SMTP.
